Curbside Delivery, which is $104 freight plus a $32 residential curbside fee. The trucking company will deliver to the mailbox. The homeowner is responsible for getting it to the house and inside the home.

Inside Delivery, which is $104 freight plus a $63 inside delivery fee. The trucking company will deliver to the front door or the garage, There is no guarantee that they will take it inside the home.

White Glove Delivery, which is $268. There is a higher price for rural areas. This is full service where they set up the chair in the home, make sure it is working and they haul away the trash and boxes.
Delivery charges may be changed any time without an advance notice.

In home service agreement:
Golden Power Mobility Products, (power wheelchairs and power scooters) are designed to withstand the rigors of daily use. Bluebird Pharmacy has purchased Golden’s In Home Service Agreement to provide in home service repair, should your mobility products experience problems from defective workmanship and/or materials. You can be assured that under the plan any technical or service issues will be remediated promptly and completely.
Under the In Home Service Agreement, Golden Technologies will repair, service, or replace parts or product due to mechanical or electrical breakdown or defect in material or workmanship effective for the length of the agreement. This plan does not replace the warranty that comes with the Golden Mobility product. The plan adds In Home Service.
The plan offers professional troubleshooting and service by trained industry professionals with no out-of-pocket expense for repairs for the length of the agreement. Damage resulting from abuse, neglect, misuse, and failure to follow manufacturers’ instructions or normal wear and tear, (ties, fabric/upholstery, bearings, plastic shrouds, footrests, fuses, bulbs, bumpers, aesthetics, etc.), are excluded from coverage. Coverage also excludes battery or charger installation or maintenance.
Using the Plan is Simple:
- Have the model, serial number, date of purchase, and the name of the dealer ready
- If you choose to call, have the product nearby so troubleshooting can begin promptly
- Call (800) 624-6374 to reach a “Peace of Mind” technician directly
- Tell the technician that your mobility device is protected under the IN HOME SERVICE AGREEMENT
When speaking to the service technician, they will evaluate the situation with the product and take necessary steps to remedy the problem. Often, our technician can diagnose the problem over the phone. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, the service technician will explain the quickest, most efficient solution for getting the product running again. A representative will be dispatched to your home to service the product listed below. (In some instances, it may be necessary for the service agent to remove the product from your home for repair. There are no provisions to provide a replacement while these repairs are being made.) This IN-HOME Service agreement means the manufacturer, Golden Technologies, will pay for the servicer’s travel to be dispatched to the consumers home. This does not include costs for parts, labor or shipping involved in the repair of the product listed below. (The parts and labor warranty for your product are covered in your owner’s manual.)
Terms of In-Home Service Agreement:

- The Effective Date for the Term of Limited Service agreement commences on the date of the first consumer makes the purchase for the Golden product; non-transferable.

The Effective Coverage Period of the Limited Service agreement commences on the date of the first retail purchase and expires Twelve (12) months from the date of first retail purchase.

Golden Technologies reserves the right to terminate this Limited Service Warranty Contract at their discretion. Should this occur, consumers will be refunded the original purchase price of this policy.

This Limited Service agreement is available in the continental United States only. It is not available in Alaska or Hawaii.
